Recruitment open for our Lived Experience Advisory Forum!
 
To kick off 2026, we’re excited to grow our Lived Experience Advisory Forum (LEAF) by welcoming up to 10 new members across England and Wales with lived experience of heart and circulatory disease. Members will guide our work across a range of projects and opportunities, making sure that patient and carer voices are represented throughout areas of policy and influencing.
 

In particular, we would like hear from people from:

  • Black African and African Caribbean communities
  • South Asian communities
  • Gypsy and Traveller communities
  • People living in areas of high deprivation or on lower incomes

The deadline to express interest is Friday 24 October.
