Have Your Say: Patient Access Survey Now LiveHCL (Healthcare Central London) want to hear your views on GP services in Westminster. The 2025/26 Patient Access Survey is now open - a short, anonymous survey that takes less than five minutes to complete.
Your feedback will help them improve how local GP services are delivered. Patients who take part can also enter a prize draw to win one of four £25 vouchers.
The survey is available online, on paper at your GP practice, in multiple languages (including Arabic, Bengali, Chinese, French, Italian, Romanian, and Spanish), and in an Easy Read version.
