Together for London

Together for London is funded by London Community Foundation, to be provdied during January to 30th June 2023. The service will be delivered by a partnership of three community organisations to provide one-to-one mental health support and financial and wellbeing advice around housing, finance and access to benefits to at least 36 people who do not speak English, from BAME communities. The service will be provided in Bengali, Farsi, Arabic, and Amharic by trained workers from three partners including:

Each beneficiary will have 4 sessions with their worker which will include talking about how they feel, exploring underlying factors that contribute to low mood such as low income, high costs and housing issues, identifying possible solutions where practicable, and helping beneficiaries to a position where they are better able to address issues themselves and/or identify longer term support if needed.
