ADVANCE - Female Project Administrator

ADVANCE is a nationally recognised women’s charity specialising in domestic violence advocacy and support women in the criminal justice system. We need an experienced Female Project Administrator

You must have excellent communication and IT skills, the ability to work within a team and have the confidence and initiative to work alone. This role involves a lot of demanding duties including financial administration, typing, correspondence, internal systems and dealing with external stakeholders. As the single point of access into the organisation you also need to hold excellent communication skills.

The job is full time and although based in Hammersmith you will have to do some work at our other projects.

You will have a varied and interesting workload, be responsible for the smooth running of the office, information and monitoring systems. This role is a key part of the organisations infrastructure.

Salary £21,101 p.a. and 30 days annual leave

Working hours are negotiable with the right candidate from 28 – 35 hours a week between 10am – 6pm.

Westminster libraries is offering a one-year secondment to a Bengali-speaker employed by a local voluntary sector organisation.

Westminster Library Service is offering a one-year opportunity for the secondment of a suitably qualified member of staff from a local community or voluntary organisation to work with Westminster Libraries in maximising the take-up of its services by the Bengali community in the borough.

Fluency in spoken and written English and Bengali is essential. Knowledge of Sylheti is desirable.

Around £25,000 a year would be offered for the post. Employment arrangements would remain with the voluntary sector organisation.

Job: Care Assistants, Age Concern PDF Print E-mail

Age Concern Kensington and Chelsea is looking for Care Assistants to work with older people in their homes between 6.00am and 10.00pm daily. We are also recruiting for Waking Night, Sleep-in and Live-in and Weekend staff.

Pay rate is £8.30 per hour + weekend enhancement.
